About the ark

Established in 1996, the ark is a small, friendly gift shop located in Stoke Newington, North London.

After working at Heals for several years, proprietor Joanna Georgiou set up this small, friendly shop with the aim of providing a great service selling useful gifts at competitive prices.

Today the ark retains this passion for its products, which are all carefully selected incorporating good design, usefulness and appeal, as well as, where possible, being environmentally friendly.

Our opening hours are:

Monday: 9.30am to 5.00pm

Tuesday to Saturday: 11.00am to 6.00pm
