How much is postage and packing?
P&P is £3.95 for all orders under £50. Free delivery on
orders of £50 and over.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered in the United Kingdom.
Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?
Yes we deliver overseas, please contact us first for details of how
much delivery will cost on the items you wish to order.
Do you have a shop?
Yes, The Ark is a family-run business which has been established since
1996 and is situated at 161 Stoke Newington Road, London, N16 8BP. Please
feel free to visit us, our hours of opening are 11am to 6pm Tuesday to Saturday.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes, any item can be returned for a refund, providing the goods are in
perfect condition and returned within 10 days. Please see delivery note for
returns address. We regret postage is a direct cost and cannot be refunded.
I have been sent a faulty/damaged/incorrect item, what should I do?
We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please return the item by
regular mail to the address shown on the delivery note and enclose a letter
stating the problem and the cost of returning the item. Please obtain proof
of posting from the Post Office. We will refund your postage when the exchange is made.
I have waited 5 days and still not received my order, what do I do next?
Although we endeavour to deliver all orders within 5 days, sometimes
parcels for reasons beyond our control do not arrive on time. Should you
have not received your order within 5 days, please contact us by email, or
telephone us on 0207 275 9311 during shop hours (see above for opening times).
