We will always aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days. Should you request delivery sooner, you may be charged for this. We shall contact you first to confirm any additional delivery costs.
Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase/s, we agree to refund the full amount (less delivery costs) as long as items are returned within 10 days in a perfect and re-saleable condition, including original packaging, instructions etc. We recommend proof of posting is obtained from the Post Office when returning any items.
Should an item be faulty, damaged or incorrect, please return it by regular mail to the address shown on the delivery note and enclose a letter stating the problem and the cost of returning the item. Please obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. We will refund your postage when the exchange is made.
